Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by CodrAIver to the Client. By engaging CodrAIver, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

CodrAIver: CodrAIver AU (ABN-registered business).

Client: Any legal entity or individual purchasing services from CodrAIver.

Third-Party Platforms: Third-party software, APIs, platforms, and services used as part of the delivery, including but not limited to Zapier, OpenAI, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Notion, and Airtable.

Automation Services: Advisory, design, configuration, and implementation of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes, delivered wholly or partly via Third-Party Platforms.

2. Scope of Services

CodrAIver provides professional automation and AI-related services based on the Client’s requirements and the agreed scope. Services may include analysis, setup, testing, documentation, and limited training.

The Client is responsible for approving and validating all solutions prior to production use.

3. Use of Third-Party Platforms

The Client acknowledges that CodrAIver’s services rely in whole or in part on Third-Party Platforms.

CodrAIver has no control over the availability, functionality, security, pricing, or changes to such platforms.

Any changes, limitations, or discontinuation of Third-Party Platforms do not constitute a breach of contract and do not give rise to claims against CodrAIver.

4. Zapier Disclaimer

CodrAIver delivers automation services that may rely on Zapier, Inc. (“Zapier”). Zapier is an independent third party.

CodrAIver is not responsible for errors, delays, data loss, outages, or service interruptions caused by Zapier or any other Third-Party Platform.

5. Consent to Reporting to Zapier

The Client expressly consents to CodrAIver reporting relevant client and project-related information to Zapier in connection with CodrAIver’s participation in the Zapier Solution Partner Program.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodrAIver’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

CodrAIver provides tools and advisory services only. The Client retains full responsibility for decisions and outcomes.

9. Data Protection

Each party shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

11. Acceptance

By using CodrAIver’s services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
