CodrAIver Practical automation for SMBs

About CodrAIver

🏭

CodrAIver is led by Ove Ryland. Founder & CEO, bringing extensive experience in establishing smart, practical solutions across complex operational environments. Ove is known for working across entire industry value chains, supporting owners and operators, contractors, and suppliers with a particular focus on enabling small and mid-sized businesses to operate reliably within larger industrial ecosystems. His background spans supply chain management, large capital projects, risk management, operating model design and business transformation, always with an emphasis on governance, accountability, and solutions that hold up in real operations.

⚙️

We bring industry-level operational thinking into organisations that don’t have the luxury of large teams, layered systems, or dedicated process owners.

🔍

Our focus is on how work actually happens across people, systems, and decisions and how small points of friction quietly grow into delays, rework, and lost momentum as businesses scale.

🧭

That’s why we call ourselves CodrAIver, not the chauffeur. Our role is to guide and support decisions and not to take control away from the people doing the work.

Who we are

CodrAIver works alongside organisations that value reliability, clarity, and execution. We operate at the intersection of business, technology, and operations with a strong foundation in supply chain management and complex system environments.

The company is led by a founder with more than two decades of experience in digital transformation, operations, and supply chain management across both enterprise and SMB environments.

Who we are not

CodrAIver is not a volume automation shop. We don’t lead with tools, and we don’t replace people with technology.

We are not a fit for organisations looking for quick fixes without ownership, or for large transformation programmes detached from day-to-day operations.

Your next step

If you’re unsure where to start, describe the workflow that’s causing delays or rework. You’ll get a practical recommendation — or an honest “don’t automate this”.
