Ove is known for working across entire industry value chains, supporting owners and operators, contractors, and suppliers with a particular focus on enabling small and mid-sized businesses to operate reliably within larger industrial ecosystems. His background spans supply chain management, large capital projects, risk management, operating model design and business transformation, always with an emphasis on governance, accountability, and solutions that hold up in real operations.
We bring industry-level operational thinking into organisations that don’t have the luxury of large teams, layered systems, or dedicated process owners.
Our focus is on how work actually happens across people, systems, and decisions and how small points of friction quietly grow into delays, rework, and lost momentum as businesses scale.
